"So I only had one session with Carly and I must say what a difference I have felt. I went to Carly because I had problems with my sexuality because I had been assaulted several times which presented itself in more than just problems in the bedroom. I had issues being around men in general particularly a guy at my workplace who has been nothing but lovely to me for the 5ish years we have worked together and now everything is smooth and easy no fear coming up and I am laughing and joking around more and just feeling a general sense of more happiness. But one of the more peculiar things that happened was I was on a 30 day detox and I only broke it 3 times. The first time I did I beat myself up and berated myself and really gave myself a hard time but after "the will to abuse myself" was removed in the session i was remarkably calm. I had forgotten at the time about that being cleared out and was so surprised at my lack of desire to beat myself up I was shocked and it honestly felt really nice not to do so and just enjoy the moment instead of berate myself.
